I have been a patient of Drs. Bowers and Luckman for approximately
five years. I was with my last dentist for approximately fifteen
years and I went to him 10 years after I had moved from Long
Beach; the only reason I left him was because he retired.
When I had my first visit to their offices, I told them
that I was used to a dentist that “catered to cowards,”
and complained that most dentists don’t take the time
to ask how a patient is doing, nor do they take the time to
slowly and carefully remove damaged enamel. Any dentist can
quickly remove decay with a large burr and cause unnecessary
pain to their patients; it was Dr. Bowers’ patience
and careful hand that eased my anxiety.
Dr. Bowers and Dr. Luckman have both been a relief to having
my teeth cleaned and worked on these past few years and I
highly recommend them to anyone who asks, “who do you
go to for dental work?”
In the five years I have been patient of Bowers and Luckman,
Dr. Bowers has removed virtually all of my old amalgam fillings
and replaced them with porcelain inlays. They are virtually
undetectable to an untrained eye and I couldn’t be happier.
While Bowers and Luckman may be more expensive that some dentists,
I truly believe you get what you pay for in their talents
and services.
